configuration of thumbnail sizes

is there a way to, or a contribution that will let me, control what the actual Thumbnail size of Each Individual picture is?

 

I set the numbers to what looks pretty good.... however some of the pcitures get distorted, and it would take me forever to edit all of the pictures that need to be done.

 

please help ASAP

In your osC admin panel, under Configuration --> Images, just set the Small Image Width and leave the Small Image Height blank. That will take care of the distortion.
