Out of nowhere, since two weeks there is a strange phenomenon: Every now and then (approx. every 20th order), we receive an order but the whole customer information (shipping address and billing address, eMail, phone, etc.) is missing! We have not changed anything in our installation and/or configuration and there seems to be no causal connection to any shipping method or billing method! Does anyone know hints or solutions?
