♥peterpil19 Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Hi, I think you may be getting confused with open source technologies such as Php-nuke which are Content Management Systems (CMS). Both use PHP though largely for different applicatins (though both could be modified to to serve the other's purpose). I highly recommend osCommerce if you are planning on building a webshop. Not only is it easy to use and has plenty of documention available, it also has a community full of devoted members, almost 2 thousand contributions, and an extremely busy forum. Before trying osCommerce, I tried Zencart, Cubecart, and even the expensive (read several hundred dollars) Shop Factory Developoer with limited success. As you have probably figured, I then tried using osCommerce and have not looked back once.
