Guest Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 On the payment method page, after selecting payment method and pressing continue button (next to the phrase, "Continue checkout procedure to confirm this order"), the page is redirected to the first page of the checkout procedure (page heading, "Welcome, please select your account option") and the shopping cart is emptied. This has occurred for unknown reason - I've made no changes. Please help - customers are calling because they can't finish their orders. Thank you
