Hey Joe, bumping your post to the top is against Forum rules...

I don't understand why you wouldn't have that file, isn't it from one of the above-posted contributions?

Joe,

I think what Peter was saying is that the file is part of

the Contribution you saw to do a template.

Did you download one of the contributions? Also, did

you unzip the files? All contributions will have the

files in the directory exactly how you are supposed

to put them into your osCommerce directory.

So, if the contribution has a file in catalog/includes/

directory, then that is where you need to load it

onto your server.

Does that help?

Hey guys! Like the question above, how do i put my own template on my store front? I'm sure you people have had a lot of questions like this one :)

Thanks,

Joe

Joe,

I'd be happy to try to help you -- per your request :)

If you download the latest zip file from one of the contributions that were listed all of the files that you need are in the zip file that you download. You will then need to follow the directions that are also in the zip file (in a readme file) that tell you what files to modify and what files to copy & where to copy them to. It can definitely get complicated, so make sure and do a backup!

One thing I did notice when looking at http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1524 was that you shouldn't download the latest post -- it is a blank file. You will need to download the one dated 31 Jul 2005.
