I am not getting sent a email when a order is made.

Hi There..

 

I was looking for some help on why a email is not getting sent to me saying that a order has been placed on my shop.

 

Various customers and myself have placed orders and I dont seem to get a email saying. "This order was placed by such and such on your shop"

 

But I know that it is not a sendmail problem because the cusotmer gets the account email's when placing and editing a order.. All email settings are also turned on..

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction.. I also have the smallest of smallest php knowledge.. So if it requires editing any code please tell me and I will do my best to fix it

have you added your email address in configuration>mystore>send extra order emails to..

 

but you also say customers don't receive them.. have you made any changes to the emails at all?
