architect
Hi, We have an installation at allsoccer.co.uk which is working fine. We need to transfer to a different host. We have setup some temporary space on another account and transfrred all the files from the current installation. The shop front is working but I can't get into the admin side, I get the following message: Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 'XXXXXXX'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/sites/kalyncomputers.com/public_html/allsoccer/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19Unable to connect to database server! Anyone any ideas? Thanks Frank

Jack_00
I would check the admin/includes/configure.php and make sure the db settings are correct in there. F5 Hi, also check the /includes/configure.php there are 2 config files one is in the admin/includes and the other one is in the root. In both you should specify the new database information. Usually each host has different prefix. Then check that all your absolute paths are working fine. Good luck, Jack

Good luck, Jack but the shop front is working fine so i guessed the catalog/includes/configure.php was correct, and i also guessed the admin one may be a copy of the catalog one..(or at any right incorrect!)
