Gonzogoose Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 When clicking "login" or "create an account" it says cannot connect to server, yet all the other links work. I can view the cart, look at the products, etc. Any ideas?
Gonzogoose Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 I guess I should point out, in case it's not obvious, that I am referring to the catalog page. The admin tool works like a charm. Thanks.
Guest Posted October 6, 2005 Posted October 6, 2005 sounds like an SSL issue - - if you mouse over the "Login" link, or the "My Account" link, is that a valid URL? -jared

Gonzogoose Posted October 7, 2005 Author Posted October 7, 2005 Anyone? If it IS an SSL problem how do I correct it? Thanks!
Gonzogoose Posted October 8, 2005 Author Posted October 8, 2005 Anyone? If it IS an SSL problem how do I correct it? Thanks! No takers at all? It's been days. I appreciate all the help I've gotten, but if anyone has any clue please get back to me. And if you don't please say so. Thanks.
Guest Posted October 9, 2005 Posted October 9, 2005 Here is the information needed to get to the cause of the problem: 1) URL (if publicly available) to your site 2) post catalog/includes/configure.php, leaving out the database login information. -jared
