Manufacturers Box as Client Box and Send Emails

I currently have my Manufacters as companies that have products like most people would. Is there a module or some code I can put into the page that would send an email to the Manufacturer informing them that an order was placed for their product, so that they are notified and I don't have to manually do it. I do all the fullfillment but just so that Clients don't think I'm not paying them when orders don't come in, they can get an email that informs them that an order was placed and what the person bought. Could that work? Does this already exist? Please let me know.
