unique price for each meember

Hello,

 

Is there a way for me to display a unique price for each member ?

 

I want to be able to control how much to chargeu up or down the price for each mebmer thorough the admin interface.

 

Meaning there is a base price and then for each signed up member, the price will be multipled by or reduced by a certain percentage ?
