Admin page wont start after contrib added

After adding a contrib, os player lite, I cannot seem to access my admin screen anymore. I think it was because I altered my configure.php files by accident and did not have a proper backup.

 

The error is:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/m/x/m/mxmusic/html/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19

Unable to connect to database server!

 

Thanks for any help you can give, I've tried a lot already and would hate to have to start over after 8 hours of work.

Thanks for the quick response, everyone is so great here!

 

I applied the changes and it did not seem to work. The same error is appearing and I cannot find a solution. I have triple checked the server address and even reviewed all of the code that I entered in for the OSplayer lite contrib.

 

If any one has any other ideas that would be great. Thanks!
