money goes to paypal, but order doesnt show up in admin sometimes

When someone places an order at my store, i get the money in paypal and sometimes get an order receipt in admin and email telling me what they ordered

 

but sometimes i only get the paypal receipt and only that. Its kind of annoying because i have to email the customer and asked what they ordered.

 

any way to fix this problem?
