Image Uploads????

How do i upload images to my site??? i've tried to add images when i list a product but i keep getting the following message:

Error Error: Catalog images directory is not writeable: /home/int2000/26576/html/gatesofhell/images/

please help as this is very frustrating!!!!!

The error message tells you why it doesn't work for you, your images directory is not writeable so images can not be uploaded. What you have to do is change the access permissions for your images directory to 777.

Most FTP programs have the option to set directory/file permissions and maybe your host panel also has an option to set file/directory permissions. Once that is corrected you shouldn't have any problems anymore with your image uploading.
