Basket Boutton position control ?

I would like to control the position of the basket add (purchase boutton) up to the screen, even if I have a large product description,

 

Is it possible ? Because it is not easy for a guest/customer to add this product at his basket if he doesn't scroll down to find this BUY Button. It is not ERGONOMIC !
