conmac863 Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 Hi All. Is there a contribution that will allow you to add an existing set of customers? We have an existing customer base that I would like to auto populate the site with but would rather not add by hand 500 accounts. I use the easy populate to add our products ( we add about 250 items every 6 months) but was wondering if there was the same thing for customer base. Or is there a was to do this through MYSQL? My knowledge of SQL is basic. Any ideas? Thanks. Sean
Jack_mcs Posted October 4, 2005 Posted October 4, 2005 No, there's no easy way to do this. You may be able to download just customers and address book tables from the other database using phpmyadmin and then replace your current one with those. Make a backup first of course.
