gossamer1971 Posted October 4, 2005 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Hey everyone...if anyone has downloadable product in their oscommerce store and can help me figure out what I may be doing wrong with mine. I would greatly appreciate it. I can load the product. I put the file in the download files. I set up the attributes for the product with the file name without all the prefixes. I can go through and purchase the product...but when it's done...it doesn't give me any option to download the product. Should the product show up as downloadable product in a certain way in the store? Or is that just in my description for the customers? And when the item is purchased....why can't they download it?
