doktorwunder
Hi, So yah... I try to simulate an order on my site and when it comes to shipping rates, it goes completely nuts. I'm using a 'zones' shipping module (with prices calculated upon product weight).... So for example, if I order a product with a weight of 400 grs... Here is what I get when I try to choose a shipping option : Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order. Please Select Colissimo Colissimo - Airmail : Zone 2 : 48.888888888889 gr(s) EUR270.00 Priority - Airmail Letter Post Airmail Letter Post - Zone 2 : 48.888888888889 gr(s) EUR29.80 which has nothing to with the weight I entered in my product description, and nothing to do either with the prices I've set... Just look : Zone 3 Shipping Method NameColissimo - Airmail : Zone 2 Zone 3 Shipping Table 6000:30.00,7000:34.00 Zone 2 Shipping Method Name Airmail Letter Post - Zone 2 Zone 2 Shipping Table 100:3.20,500:8.60,1500:18.10,2000:20.50 So what did I do wrong? I don't understand... Dr.Wunder Always need help :(

wheeloftime
Anyone ever had a similar problem? :'( Dr.Wunder, Check what you have set with Admin->Configuration->Shipping/Packaging with 'Package Tare weight' and especially for 'Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship' It seems your shipping costs are multiplied with a factor 9 which mostly means the module is splitting your order into 9 packages because of the value set with maximum package weight.
