Changing template, new filepath for products, will i lose rankings in google

Im updating my website with a new template and newer version of oscommerce and ive noticed the filepaths for my products will be different.

 

I have good rankings in google etc and other search engines so what will happan if the filepaths to the rankings in google dont exist as its a new site even though its on same

domain name, same webspace and everything, just new template and new oscommerce verison.
