DuFF1 Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Hi! My website is on a IIS 6.0 Server and I configured my /admin to be only accessible through secure socket and no anonymous login. So, I need to configure user profile in Windows Server to give access to the admin. The problem is the "administrator" can login without any problem but if I give access to an other account, by giving FULL right to that user in the directory securities, the access is not granted. Can somebody help me with that?
♥Vger Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Try the 'Admin Access with Levels' contribution. I don't know if it works with Windows or whether it relies on .htaccess (Apache) Vger
DuFF1 Posted October 6, 2005 Author Posted October 6, 2005 Can somebody help me with Windows Security? I have the root D:\ that give ALL permission to Administrator and READ/WRITE/DIRLIST to Internet Guest (IIS). After, to give special permission to a customer, I put his account ALL permission on the D:\LocalUser\hiswebsite but cannot able to login to /Admin. Only Administrator can login! If I put permissions for All user READ/WRITE/DIRLIST on D:\ now I'm able to log on but any account can log on. I cannot after put Refuse to All user on \hiswebsite because all access will be blocked. Anyone can tell me how to solve that problem?
