Site name! in top toolbar! ......where do I change??

hi :D

 

I know this must be the simplest thing ever to change but I cannot find the correct file.

 

I have done so many more technical add-ons to my site but this beats me! lol

 

I want to change the site name in the top toolbar of the browser window.

 

Can anyone help by telling me which file I need to edit and where it is located.

You can change it in the main language english.php for example.
