Most hosts that offer this nowadays also offer a way to install the basic oscommerce shop. If your host doesn't offer that, then download the install pakage and follow the instructions for intalling it. Once instaslled, setup the variables in admin like store name and email address and add your products. Password protect your admin section and you should be ready to start selling.
