All a sudden my admin is not working and it's just say "the page cannot be displayed" and in my site all url begining with http are working. Once you click create account or check-out that url begin with https, then it's not working. Say "the page cannot be displayed".

i have check with my hosting company, they say it's my php files which is giving problem. The only contribution which i just installed is 'check order status v1b' but since reverted back to the earlier files but still can't access into admin.

thanks in advance for any help offered.

This is not a problem with osC, it's a server issue.

Do you have an SSL certificate for https://www.simplyvcd.com/ ?

Local: Mac OS X 10.5.8 - Apache 2.2/php 5.3.0/MySQL 5.4.10 • Web Servers: Linux

Tools: BBEdit, Coda, Versions (Subversion), Sequel Pro (db management)

Yes, i do has SSL installed in my site by my hosting. I even purchased a dedicated IP and Starter SSL from Registerfly.com. It's working fine a couple of month ago.

Please help.

Thanks :(

It's not a file problem. If I type https with any page link I get a '404 - Page not found error'. Even if your configure.php files were incorrectly set then by typing the url directly into the browser I should get around any configure.php file problems. This indicates that your hosting company uses a two-folder system, one folder for httpdocs and another for httpsdocs. If that is the case then you need to duplicate your files/folders in the httpsdocs folder. My advice, as you say this was working previously - get in touch with your hosting company and ask them what the h**l is going on and what have they done to mess it up.

Thanks Vger , i has open an Problem Ticket with my hosting and they said they are working on it. In my catalog/includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php, i temporary set my SSL to 'false'. By doing this customers can log-in or check-out but without SSL. But admin is still not accessible. Hope can get this resolved asap.

Thanks
