Printable Catalog 3.5

Hi,

 

I just installed Printable Catalog 3.5. Everything looks fine, but I have two issues.

 

When I try to get to the printable catalog I get the following error message:

Also, I do not see any settings for controlling the catalog from my Admin/Configuration/Product Listing.

 

What am i missing?
