Add mailing list

Hi, I am trying to add a feature to my site where the user can join a mailing list, ideally located in the right column of my homepage. I know a little html, quite a newbie, but can learn fast.

I have my store online for a few days and I just thought about having a mailing list. How can I do that?

I would need just two fields: EMAIL and SUBSCRIBE/UNSUBCRIBE

 

Is there any contribution that would produce a table similar to the tables of the store?

I need that on my column_right.php too! Just 2 simple form (name & email) and it will send to my email... Anyone knows??
