How to upload Datafeeds

One of my client gets datafeeds of various items from another company and wants to upload it to his Oscommerce cart. The datafeed bundle includes csv files and images folder. Now he wants to add his own price on the feed before uploading. The Products csv file fields doesn't matches with the Oscommerce Products table fields. There is no categorisation also. :angry:

 

He also wants most of the things to be automated. Hence there might be requirement of 'corn jobs'. Could anybody suggest any feasible solution? Thanks in advance.. :rolleyes:

use easypopulate to setup a spreadsheet, via macros do the setup of the file and then onto cron once fully tested
