Gift Voucher Checkout Problem

I'm having a slight problem with with the CCGV contrib. During checkout if you try to enter credit card information and redeem a gift voucher at the same time, it will make you reenter CC info again. If you enter gift voucher ifo first, then CC info, everything works fine. Any ideas what would cause this and how to fix it?

Well thats the natural flow that is if you want to redeem do it before other CC isues as along with other details amount is also to be sent to CC processor and redeem is to affect it.

The contrib is develoed not to handle both the things to gather.

However, on my CCGV with authorize.net, if I don't fill in the cc info, and hit redeem voucher, i get a mesage telling me that i don't have enough digits in the credit card # field. Is this the way it is supposed to work? I changed it to check/money order default, but now i am getting all these people who fill in the credit card info and forget to click on credit card. PLEASE help me as my client is driving me nuts.

Well when a redeem coupon is entered and Redeem button is hit the JAva script in your case is trying to check whether the CC box is valid or not.

Well you need to check what all java script validatin is happening and need to fix that.
