Authorize.net not processing

I'm set up with authorize.net now and am getting the following error message when I am trying to process an order through

 

2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server during query

 

delete from orders where orders_id = '0'

 

[TEP STOP]

 

could this have anything to do with still using Paypal along side as an option or having the "express checkout" option there?
