Flyer5 Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 My Sex toy and Lingerie site is now setup and would love some opions on it. I'm moving it to a new domain next week www.swtc.biz/catalog * edited for clickable link * Thanks in advance Rob not much to say really, looks like another dropship site that is unfinished. There are some errors, the corners of the boxes? for example. Shouldnt they be pink? Some of your terms are a bit odd, for example - for faulty goods you qoute Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order. but, what if its out of stock when i place my order. and takes 10 days for the dropshipper to mail it to me? if the carraige takes 3 days, there is no way I can test it  and then return it to you in that timeframe. and, what happens in this instance - "Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable." and i bought a vibrator that came in a sealed box, but failed to operate when i put the batteries in? and, All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee). If i had an electrical product bought from you and it developed a fault on day 15, and was deemed to be not of merchantable quality, (which after 15 days it would be ) i think you would lose a battle not to give a refund. It also smacks of poor customer service. (also you missed the break tag there.) you havent touched the default buttons - there is nothing wrong with using an oscommerce stock store, they work much better than most other stores available, but you should at least colour co-ordinate it. you have missing category images. Your address is missing from the site. i could go on but really you need to take a good long look at it and compare it to the competition. Without trying to be rude i'd have to say i would be surprised if you make any sales. The site just doesn't look convincing, and there are literally thousands of dropshippers selling adult goods from web sites that knock spots off yours, you are entering a tough market and need to compete with some very good professional web sites. Good luck! F5
