Just added "Purchase without Account" - Have small issue with header

[Totally Lost]

I just installed the Purchase Without Account contrib and I followed all the instructions to a tee with the exception of one file, my header.php

 

It still seems to be functional regardless, but i wanted to know if someone could help me complete the installation exactly as stated below.

 

I wasn't able to just copy and paste the instuctions below, as my header has changed due to other contribes installed.

 

Can someone help incorporate the changes in my header?
