lost froogle password

what are my options? i've already emailed them requesting the password to be reset, but it's been almost 2 days now and no reply.

 

usually when i email google, i get a response within 24 hrs or less

 

what are my options? i've tried to create a new account and input my url, but it wouldn't let me :'(

basically you need to wait. you didnt have it programmed with your froogle.php file? or keep it with your email from them?

they will not respond back now until monday at the earliest.

i haven't loaded a froogle feed since july/august last year.

i'm pretty sure i deleted the confirmation email, as it became too tedious making feeds (at the time, my store was a basic html page, all hand-edited)... so i gave up :)

 

now that i'm oscommerce it seems to be easy. but i would like to know -- i use nimmit's sef urls, how can i make froogle index my sef urls and not the dynamic php pages that seem standard in all froogle feed contributions?

If it's been that long Google has most likely purged you old accounft. Just create a new one and start over.

i tried, it said my url was already in use

 

 

I had the same problem and emailed Google months ago with no response so far.

still haven't heard from them either, i tried tried to re-request my password last night as well.

Go to http://froogle.google.com/

 

Click on Information for Merchants at the bottom of the page

 

In the Merchant Center Sign In panel click on the Forgot your password? link

 

Enter the email address you signed up with

 

Click on the link they send you in the email, enter your new password 2 times

 

This will take you to the login page, enter your email address and new password and you should be in.

i've actually done that (several times)

i never get the email they say they've sent

 

i've also contacted them via email, nothing yet.

Then I think you may be using the wrong email address

if you type an incorrect email, you get:

did finally get a reply :) it was lost for a few days in my sea of emails though
