Languages damaged WYSIWYG Editor 1.7? Maybe???

We believe that the language modules we needed to use have somehow damaged WYSIWYG Editor 1.7. Our programmer does not understand osC's WYSIWYG Editor 1.7 insertion and gave up.

Does anyone know how to fix WYSIWYG Editor 1.7 please? We must have many languages to help people navigate and that is one of the prime reasons we chose osCommerce....because of the wonderful language contributions! ?????HELP?????
