If its only done it with the occasional order its most probably becuase the customer has made the payment on paypal, and then left the site before they get sent back to oscommerce to the confirmation page.

If its doing it will every order, its most possibly because PayPal isnt sending them back to osc, or isnt sending them back to the right page.

If they havent got back to the confirmation page then the items will still be in their basket, so you basically need to log in as though you are the customer, and complete the order, but I dont know if that will work if they did PWA as nor sure what customer info is stored, or if it possible to sign in as though you are a customer without an account.

This occasionally happens to me... and I use the manual order entry contribution to log in as though im the customer, and complete the order on their behalf. But I dont use PWA.

Other things are to use the master password contrib, but still dont know if that will work with PWA.

I use the master password with pwa and it works fine.

You need to make sure you are using the Paypal IPN contrib so that when the customer has paid they are returned to your site.
