dailce Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Ok If I update a customers order then they receive an email like this: Compnay Name ------------------------------------------------------ Order Number: 949 Detailed Invoice: https://www.xxxxxxxxxxx.ca/account_history_...hp?order_id=949 Date Ordered: Friday 30 September, 2005 The comments for your order are XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Your order has been updated to the following status. New status: Shipped Please reply to this email if you have any questions. So How can I change the look and format of this message, I want to customize it. I also don't want to display "The comments for your order are" if there are no comments. Thanks in advance
