Changing the checkout process

Hi:

 

i searched the forums for an answer. but couldn't find any.

I'm sure it's been done before as I've seen it done on other websites.

 

Basically I want to change the checkout process , so in addition to the two boxes that appear now ('I am a new Customer', 'Login'), there'd be a Express Checkout Option.

That way customers don't have to sign up to our website, just provide Name, Address, Email for verifications.

 

 

Any ideas?
