Where is the data of "DIR_WS_MODULES"?

I want to change the presentation of the OSCommerce specifically in this page: checkout_new_address.php,

First: In the line 428 (approximately) appear this line

LINE 428: <td><?php require(DIR_WS_MODULES . 'checkout_new_address.php'); ?></td>

It's the part when appear the of the data of the new address.

Second: I try to change this, where appear "country" change for "Pa?s/Provincia".

Third: I understand that it's appear in "DIR_WS_MODULES" but where is "DIR_WS_MODULE"? where is the data that I need change?

DIR_WS_MODULES refers to your module folder inside catalog/includes
