Hello everybody and thanks for your attention:

I had installed OS COMMERCE and in home there?s an error message that reads:

I can write in the configuration file: /home/chs/mydomain.com/home/html/includes/configure.php

...and the system wants me to change the CHMOD value...but ?what is the CHMOD value for this? I had tryed with some but the error still appears.

THANKS...

Usually a value of 644 is all that is needed, however, some servers require 444

I know my server requires a 444 CHMOD to render it safe. :)

644 is usually okay for Windows servers, and 444 or 400 for Apache servers using Unix/Linux.
