Free shipping for order over certain price

Had the problem no prices displaying for my default currency to NZD, and with the helpful info on these boards I fixed the problem by updating the appropriate language page.

 

I am having an issue with one of my order total modules.

 

I offer flat rate shipping for orders up to a certain value (75.00), but I want to enable the allow free shipping option for orders $75 and above.

 

I did this through the admin, set the value at 75 but after I save it and I am again looking at the summary view of what I just changed (that right hand panel with the 'edit' 'remove' buttons on it) the value displays as zero & doesn't function on the public side of the site either.

 

Is this something else I need to change on a language page?

 

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
