Checkout options

I need to have a check out option where my customer can select this and the order will be emailed to me. I do not want them to enter any billing information, i just want them to be able to select the products that they need and submit the order. when they do this the order will be emailed to me or i get notification of their order and be able to manually fulfill this.

 

is this possible?
