Url and Linking Problem!

Well, basically i had a coder coding up my website for me, unfournately he left me with an 90% done site, part of the other then percent is this,

 

Its some links that are the wrong url for example he set them as www.mydomain.com/index.php/cpath/contact_us.php, when truely its suppose to link to the url www.mydomain.com/contact_us.php , how do i change those links on the pages of my website because the contact us link is at the buttom of the website , another thing some of the buttons that he linked up are not linked to the correct url for example he has put http://www.mydomain.com/index.php/cPath/in...ton_buy_now.gif, when truely the correct url is suppose to be linked as, http://www.mydomain.com/includes/languages...ton_buy_now.gif

pls help it would be greatly appreciated!
