checkout problem

Hi, I'm back with another poblem. When I try to check out I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class indvship in /home/buckysco/public_html/osCommerce/catalog/includes/modules/shipping/indvship.php on line 14

 

This is just after getting the individual shipping mod to work.
