Date format.

I have changed the date format to the UK format of DDMMYYYY, but can't remember where to go to change the example on the new account page which still shows MMDDYYYY. I made some changes in english.php, but they only affect the format if you put the date in wrong.

The text on the Create Account page is also drawn from includes/languages/english.php
