PROBLEM WITH OSCOMMCEP PLS HELP!!!

I cant seem to finish up what my friend didnt do, for this sneaker website im very new to this, for one on pages like for example www.mydomain.com/FAQ.php, i cant seem to figure out how to get it to where i can edit what he typed out already which file etc,, because some of the info on that page isnt right, second i need to find how to put in addtional thing so they can select there shoe sizes for example Size: 7 Size: 8 Size : 9 etc..,

 

Also, its some pages thats suppose to have info on them like the "contact us" page, just some info like some email addresses nothing much, i would like to learn how to do that, another thing the actual fonts on the script are set to "Times New Roman" i would say about size 12, i hate it because the color blends in so that you cant see and it and i want to change it to arial :( please help me , with this so i can get these things straight FINALLY! and again thanks for your help :)

all fonts/colors are in catalog/stylesheet.css, and shoe sizes should be created in admin/attributes.
