Is there a way to collect payment information for ebay winners through the os store?

I have some ebay auctions that I need to collect payment information for. Is there a way to create an invoice in os to send to the customer for payment. It's the only way I can accept credit cards (most don't want to call over the phone). Any help? I have searched the contributions but couldn't find anything useful.
