go to easy populate contribution support. that's a better place to seek your answer.

first make sure that easy populate works fine.

i receive cvs files from suppliers. open it in excel and make necessary changes for instance price, etc. then save as tab delimited. upload it using Eeasy populate and there's no problem.

- investigae whether there is any problems with your easy populate installation.

- check that easy populate file that you prepare for upload has got the correct structure. you can do this by simply downloading one from your easypopulate in the admin.

- are the headings correct and correspond to the original one you just downloaded? are you putting the data correctly under the headings? do you put EOREOR at the end of each line?

- cheh that the csv file you get hasn't got errors

- opened in excel and save as tab delimited?

- upload again and see if you still get errors.
