mark01642 Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 I hope someone here can help me, I've been going crazy trying to resolve this problem. When a customer places an order everything is ok up until the point i change the status from pending to processing or delivered. When I do this TWO identical emails are sent to the customer notifying them of the order update. I have installed PWA and a few other small add-ons and I can't work out why this is happening. I've tried all the posted advice about sending mail via sendmail & LF but still the same problem. Can anyone help me? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
