Problems accessing site

I am having problems moving about my site. Firstly clicking on links such as "Whats New" "Catalogue" or any of the items in categories gives the dreaded HTTP 404 "Page not found" error. Secondly, I have entered myself as a customer for testing purposes. If I try and log in I am not recognised. If I use the forgotten password link, my e-mail address is not recognised. If I try to create a new customer (using a different e-mail address), on pressing continue, the page is cleared.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

I've been doing some more experimenting and noticed something odd. In one of the file not found pages, the URL is listed in the browser bar as https://hostname.com/mysite.co.uk/oscommerc...roduct_info.php. If I take out the extra mysite/oscommerce, the page loads.

Does that help make the problem clearer

Sorry that link came out wrong. It is hostname.com/mysite.co.uk/oscommerce/mysite.co.uk/oscommerce/product_info.php.

With reference to the second part of my inital post, this weird duplicate site name issue, does not occur with the log in issue.

I would try it without ssl first - make sure it works okay - and then post your real shared ssl address and someone can advise you of how to edit those files for the shared ssl.
