Your shipping and returns is littered with spelling mistakes, badly worded sentences and poor grammar. What sort of impression do you think it gives potential customers when it appears the store is operated by a 10 year old from his bedroom?

Hi,

Couple of inital things.

 

1/ put a box around "Please check out my store, this........" see what I have done www.cbcnz.com

 

2/ get rid of adwords and google search from the bottem of the page, you want to keep people in your store not send them away! and they look very much just tacked on the bottem.

 

/3 remove the info boxes you are not using (Currencies, Language, Reviews)

 

/4 Provide "Real Contact details" address, phone number etc. These will make people more comfitable dealing with your store.
