Hi,

 

Goto catalog /includes/languages/english.php and on line 49 look for this:

// page title

define('TITLE', 'osCommerce');

Change 'osCommerce' to whatever you want.

 

Note: This title is also what shows up on a search engine listings page so not a good idea to put your site address, put up to maybe 3 search words in a short descriptive sentence about, what your site is about.

Another tip is to install 'Header Tags Controller' you can then easily create titles for each page and meta words.
