Title Missing

Ok - I tried searching this forum but I've given up. This header tag stuff is new to me, so I'm sorry if I am forgetting something simple.

 

I installed the header tags and I thought I did it all correctly. It seemed to be working. But when I attempt to change the titles, etc. the same old default title keeps showing up. Am I supposed to change the default title (os commerce)?? All of my pages have the same title...os commerce.

 

Any help is appreciated, especially if it is something totally simple.
