PayPal Module

Hello!

 

I'm recently new to osCommerce, and have just configured my store. I setup a seperate PayPal account for the store to use, and configured it within osCommerce. When I go to do a moch-through of a shopping cart, the PayPal option isn't visible- only Check/Money Order. I'm really not sure what i'm doing wrong here, but any help would be greatly appreicated.

Are you sure you checked off the "true" button when you go to your admin, click on the paypal module, and click edit? If you dont have true clicked off it wont chow up on your checkout.

Yep, it's checked off.

There are two things you need to do to use the Module. The first is to Install it using the Install button, and then click to edit it and change the radio button from false to true, then click update.

Thats what I have. This is what I don't understand, why isn't it showing up like it should. At final check out I have:

 

Payment Method

 

This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order.

Well, the permissions on the Modules folder should be okay, as otherwise the Check/Money Order option shouldn't be showing up.

 

Try uninstalling both modules and then reinstalling them. If neither shows up then it may be a permissions problem after all. The permissions of the Modules and Payment folders must be 755 or 777.
